Undercoating

Undercoating product application starts at $425 for the average vehicle size. Larger commercial trucks are quoted individually

The vehicle must come to us with a clean under carriage. Usually an under carriage car wash is sufficient. If we have to clean it, there will be an additional charge. You can combine the under coating process with rust proofing and or bedliner and get package discounts for all in one protection.

The product cures in 24 hours however we ask that you don’t run thru a car wash before 48 hours after treatment. Normal rain showers won’t harm your treatment. 

The lifetime warranty for the ValuGard undercoating is only on vehicles with less than 3000 miles. If you already have rust started, TNT can apply a rust neutralizer before applying the undercoating. This doesn’t repair the existing rust but it stops it from spreading. 

After your vehicle is cleaned on the side, it is put on our 4 post lift and all moving components are taped off or covered. Then the trained technician applies the under coating to all the body panels and non moving parts on the underside of the vehicle. It takes about 24 hours to fully cure the product.
