Shipping Policy

TNT Customs carefully packages all items prior to shipment. Mishandling by the freight carrier can and may result in damage during shipment. The carrier is responsible for any and all damages while the order is in their possession. All claims for damage or postage shall be immediately reported to the freight carrier and the responsibility of TNT Customs ceases once the order has left our warehouse. TNT Customs strongly recommends a careful inspection of all packages prior to signing for them and recommends that the carrier be notified upon arrival so the freight carrier can begin to take action. We also request that we be notified as soon as possible so we may attempt to use a carrier that provides the best possible service to all our customers. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Due to rising fuel costs, shipping costs are changing on a weekly basis so shipping charges may be adjusted at time of order processing and shipment if necessary. Orders over $300 will often time require a signature for delivery.

Return Policy

A representative of TNT Customs must be contacted prior to any return and must authorize the return, if you are requesting the maximum refund for the purchase/purchased goods. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and possible re-powder coat fee pending the inspection of the product upon its return. To be eligible for the maximum refund, TNT, Inc. requires that all products be received in the same condition as they were shipped. Products that are received painted, damaged, or altered in any way may be rejected and UN-returnable.  All returns must be shipped pre-paid, as C.O.D. shipments will be refused under all circumstances. If TNT Customs issues a claim check for the return of a product, it must be shipped ground shipping by the carrier of TNTs' choice. All additional charges will be taken into account at the time of refund.

Order Cancellation

Custom orders are non-returnable. Once a custom order is processed it can not be cancelled.  To cover the cost of development and parts, the down payments for custom work are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made before the order has shipped, if shipped, our return policy applies. All orders that have reached shipping and receiving will be considered shipped. Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.

Test fitting product

TNT Customs recommended that you test fit all parts prior to installation. We do our best to ensure that all our parts are free of defects and will fit properly. We do not offer refunds on painted or coated items. If you are having product issues, please contact our tech support team directly.

 
Product Disclaimer

Use of TNT Customs products manufactured or resold by TNT Customs may alter the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. Altered suspension height will increase the center of gravity of your vehicle which could increase the odds of roll-overs or accidents. TNT Customs products are designed to work together, and it is our strong recommendation to not to substitute another manufacturers parts for one of ours in an assembly or kit. Off road conditions present harsh environments and require a strict inspection schedule for all parts on your vehicle.  Failure to inspect frequently may lead to malfunction which could result in injury or death. At all times be aware of your environment and keep speeds at such a rate that you may maneuver with enough time to maintain control of your vehicle. TNT Customs shall not accept responsibility for its products if they have been altered, improperly installed, neglected, or improperly used.

Warranty Information

TNT Customs stands behind its workmanship 100%, and warrantees all TNT Customs products to be free from defect in workmanship and materials prior to installation. TNT Customs accepts no responsibility for any altered products, improper installation, or improper use of our products. TNTs' products are intended for off-road use only. Because of the environment in which TNTs' products are used, it is not possible to warranty or guarantee the performance of any item, nor can we accept responsibility for breakage or failure. TNTs' products and those manufactured by others may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions due to the manner in which they are used, serviced, and/or installed. Purchasers and users of such products rely upon their own judgement as to the suitable use, selection, service, and installation. All warranty claims must be directed to TNT Customs directly, as dealers and distributors of TNTs' products are not authorized to make judgements on any warranty issues. All Powder coating has a 90 Day Warranty.
