Crane Hi Clearance Chromoly Steel HSC (Hi Strength Casting) knuckles are built to handle anything you can dish up. They are beefed gusseted and thickened at critical points for the ultimate in strength. The Knuckles and caps carry a lifetime warranty against breakage. The Hi steer arms are 1" thick cold roll steel machined to a precise fit, are not corrected, add the 7/8 OD 5/8 ID x 2" long sleeves that need to be installer machined/welded into the arms. This keeps all possible strength. Note: in Ford application, OE caliper brackets need to be modified slightly to fit and minor clearancing to the knuckle/caliper may be needed for caliper clearance.
