Front Stretch Kit (TJ/LJ)

Time to stretch your Jeep? The front steering stretch featured in many of our build threads is now available!

Having enough wheel well clearance is a common issue when trying to build a low center of gravity rig. T&T Customs, Inc. originally solved this dilemma with our present offering of Standard Full Replacement Tube Fenders and HyLine Full Replacement Tube Fenders which open up the wheelwell an additional 2.5" rearward. Yet, as suspensions keep getting shorter and tires bigger this additional clearance quickly gets used up. T&T Customs has raised the bar once again with our front stretch kit. By rotating your steering box and relocating the coil buckets on the axle our stretch system provides you with up to an additional 3" of clearance and wheelbase!

Bracket Kit Includes:

• Drivers side inner and outer frame plates
• Passengers side inner and outer frame plates
• Replacement crossmember tube
• Replacement grill mount
• Replacement coil buckets with shock stud
• (4) Crush sleeves
• (2) Steering shaft u-joints
• (1) Heim joint
• (1) 4" D-rod
• (1) Frame bracket (connects to steering) shaft

Full kit includes all of the basic kit components plus an ORO SwayLok dual rate sway bar setup.

• Requires the use of OTK or Crossover steering. Not recommended for Hysteer setups with less than 6” of lift. Reuses stock pitman arm. Trackbar frame mount will need to be moved forward so replacement mount is required (sold separately). Some aftermarket sway bars may require replacement or modification of crossmember bushings.
