Protect the side of your Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ with T&T Customs 3/16" steel Body Armor with 3" tubular flare! Our 3" flares are welded to the corner blanks, no light duty bolt on flares are available. Welding the flares ensures they are just as strong as the rest of our body armor - ready to take whatever the trail gives you.

T&T corners bolt on through 18 pre-punched mounting holes, using with 3/8" stainless steel button head fasteners - giving a clean functional look. Mounting holes are pre-cut for either OEM tail lights, Lite Dots (utilize factory mounting holes) or round LED's. Our corners do not use tail gate hinge cut outs as our competitors do, the hinges bolt on top of the corner - giving a clean professional install (spacers are provided for under the door side of the hinge).

Optional Wheel Openings:

Standard opening - Clears up to a 35" tire, can clear larger tire with additional trimming.

Oversized Opening - Gives you a 5" larger opening (2.5" forward and 2.5" rearward). Allows you to run larger tires with less lift. Clears up to a 40" tire. Requires trimming of body.

NOTES:

1) Our Full Length Corners are sold un-painted and require drilling to mount.

2) Tubular Flares are welded on the inside for a clean outward appearance.
